ANNUAL SALARY: $52,173 – $62,625
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, serves as the Coordinator for FMLA and Worker’s Compensation. Responsible for all claims related to Worker’s Compensation and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Assists the ADA Coordinator to ensure compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). Coordinates ergonomic evaluations and assists with equipment recommendations. Work involves handling private/confidential information. Serves as a safety resource for departments, reviews standards, and maintains record keeping for OSHA/MIOSHA compliance. Provides information and general guidance regarding local, state and federal laws and County policy.
