MPELRA Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the first day of the conference to be eligible for a refund. There will be no refunds or credits issued for cancellations received after that date. Substitutes are permitted at any time, however you must provide written notice that you will be sending a substitute and include the substitute's name, employer and job title. The substitute's registration fee will be based on his/her MPELRA membership status.
