There will be no refunds or credits issued for cancellations received after that date. Substitutes are permitted at any time, however you must provide written notice that you will be sending a substitute and include the substitute's name, employer and job title. The substitute's registration fee will be based on his/her MPELRA membership status. If for any reason you are unable to attend the conference, please send your notice of cancellation or substitution to MPELRA, P. O.
